Nature of Digital Products

Our products are exclusively digital in nature, consisting of downloadable files, digital resources, and content. These products are available for immediate access upon purchase, which means that once the purchase is made, the user can download and access the product immediately.

No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds on any products purchased. Once a purchase is completed and the product is accessed or downloaded, we consider the transaction final.

Photography

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Yvonnia J Stuido from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund of their deposit, if applicable.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Yvonnia J Studio has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the CLIENT selected and paid for the photo and then Yvonnia J Studio sent the CLIENT the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Yvonnia J Studio, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph.

Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the CLIENT has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the CLIENT, as documented on the invoice, Yvonnia J Studio will send the correct photo to the CLIENT free of charge.

Retainer & Payment

Upon your signature, Yvonnia J Studio will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. The CLIENT shall make a non-refundable retainer of 20% to the GO PHOTO to perform the services specified in the invoice. 

Upon payment, Yvonnia J Studio will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties exclusively for you. The full amount + any agreed upon additional travel fees must be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of PHOTOSHOOT. No services will be made until full payment is made. In the event that payment is dishonoured after payment has been made, no photos shall be released until a substitute full payment is made and clear funds have been received.

Rescheduling/Late Arrivals

In the event that the Client requests to reschedule its session on account of illness, emergency, act of God or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled PHOTOSHOOT (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency). 

Requests to reschedule by Clients for any reason other than a reason is at the discretion of Yvonnia J Studio. 

An additional $50 rescheduling fee must be paid by the Client on making a rescheduling request and Yvonnia J Stuido will be entitled to retain all amounts paid under this contract until the rescheduled PHOTOSHOOT. 

The rescheduled session must be within 2 weeks of the original session date (or a longer period as agreed by Yvonnia J studio and Client in writing) and is subject to the availability of Yvonnia J Studio. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the remaining amount of time allotted for the session. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the Client.

Cancellation

If Client cancels this agreement, giving less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of the PHOTOSHOOT or fails to show on time, all payments made to Yvonnia J Studio will be forfeited and released to Yvonnia J Studio unconditionally.
