Every woman's goal should be to boost her self-esteem through believing in herself. Social media has colonized our minds to make us feel we have to live up to this ideal. Stopping the societal cycle and learning to appreciate our own bodies and skin are both necessary. We need to surround ourselves with those who believe and motivate us to be our most authentic self.
